Mobile Fueling Marketing Case Study

EzFill is a mobile fueling company based in Florida. Prior to working with me, they had multiple “Smart Campaigns” that basically wasted their ad budget. Smart campaigns are fully automated campaigns that are easy to set up but usually, don’t work. Their cost per lead was $220 which is super high for a mobile fueling space.
The initial setup for them included:
-Search campaigns
-Display campaigns
-YouTube campaigns
-Multiple landing pages (for A/B testing)
-Experiment campaigns
Strategy
The search volume for their b2b keywords (such as mobile fueling service, gas delivery service, etc) was not super high – so reaching their potential customers was challenging.
I needed to go beyond just traditional search ads and expand to display and youtube ads to maximize their reach online.
Search and Display ad campaigns are built for each and every city that they are targeting: Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, and Fort Myers – to make the data more granular for further optimizations.
I used Youtube ads to target specific audiences (business owners, companies), in order to raise brand awareness and introduce potential customers to the EzFill services.
The results
Currently, I am able to bring 80 leads/Mo on average (phone calls and form submissions), at $60 cost per lead – which is a huge performance improvement.
